In this project, we executed a comprehensive renovation of a newly purchased home in Richmond Hill. Our team handled the removal of old structures, installed new tiling, set up modern bathrooms, and carried out all essential construction tasks.
We focused on creating functional and efficient spaces that meet contemporary standards. The renovation was completed with high attention to quality and effectiveness.

ABOUT THE MODERN HOME

The house was designed by professional architects. It has a roomy open-plan living space, four bedrooms with built-in bathrooms, an extra guest bathroom with a shower, and a spacious room with a TV and music theater system. The house occupies a 200 sqm area, has 2.8 m ceilings, and each room can boast floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows.

Strong sides of this house included high, open ceilings and lots of large windows that create an abundance of natural light and offer a scenic view of the outdoors. It features open floor plans, making it spacious and airy with good airflow. Another advantage of this house is its location.
Weak sides are as follows: this house used to be outdated though relying on technologies too much. It was overstuffed with too many design elements and technics that the owners didn't need at all. Also, this house was built with materials that were not durable.
